There are many PTMS magnetic separator models, but they need to be selected according to different situations:
1, when the iron content is high, it should choose air-cooled dump type, self-cooling belt type strong magnetic, oil-cooled dump type;
2, when the iron content is less, should choose hanging artificial iron unloading type, dry type electromagnetic iron removal, hanging oil-cooled electromagnetic iron removal and other models;
3, when the use of environmental dust (such as coal dust, soot, dust) is serious, the fully sealed structure of the electromagnetic series and permanent magnet series PTMS magnetic separator should be used to remove iron.
4, in the use of suspended electric, permanent magnet iron removal, if the material is very thick can be used with no magnetic parallel roller, so as to improve the iron removal rate, to achieve the ideal effect of iron removal;
5. When the material contains PTMS magnetic separator that cannot be adsorbable, the metal detector should be used to detect the metal, and the metal should be removed manually after automatic stop.
6, when the user does not use conveyor tape and adopts chute, pipeline, chain plate machine, hoist and other equipment to transport materials, should use pipe type self-discharge iron removal.
