The concentrate is transferred with the PTMS magnetic separator cylinder to the edge of the magnetic system where the magnetic force is weakest. It is discharged into the concentrate tank under the action of the flushing water from the discharge pipe. If it is a full magnetic roller, the discharge is carried out by a brush roller. Non-magnetic or weakly magnetic minerals are left in the slurry with the slurry discharge tank, that is, tailings. Permanent magnet roller (also known as magnetic pulley), mainly suitable for the following purposes:

PTMS magnetic separator is suitable for wet magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrrhotite, calcined ore, ilmenite and other materials with particle size 0.1-3mm. It is also used for iron removal of coal, non-metallic ore, building materials and other materials.
