PTMS magnetic separator separates the magnetic material from the pulp during the wet magnetic separation process to achieve the effect of separating the mixed mineral material. Wet magnetic separators are mainly used to concentrate magnetic mixed minerals below 3 mm, such as limonite, ilmenite and pyrrhotite. According to the direction of slurry flow, it can be divided into forward flow, reverse flow and semi-reverse flow.
Our wet PTMS magnetic separator is designed using computer simulation to make the housing of the equipment more suitable for efficient magnetic material recovery and slurry flow dispersion. Through the new magnetic circuit design, a greater magnetic field strength is formed in the scanning area of the tank, thereby obtaining a stronger adsorption force on the magnetic medium particles, while the magnetic energy is concentrated in the flow layer of the medium, and will not be wasted outside the tank.
These factors make the wet PTMS magnetic separator achieve an ideal separation effect. The permanent magnet wet magnetic separator adopts a new magnetic circuit design. On the basis of sweeping, more magnetic poles and larger angular gradients are designed to improve the stirring effect and make the separation of magnetic and non-magnetic substances faster.
