If the nature of the raw ore has not changed, the tailings grade is found to be high for a long time. The temperature may be too high; Sun exposure; Acid-base corrosion; Magnetic separator has been used for many years, magnetic block performance degradation, magnetic field intensity reduction and other conditions. Our operators can use a Gaussian meter to measure the field intensity of PTMS magnetic separator. If the magnetic field intensity decreases too much, it should be magnetized.
If the PTMS magnetic separator is overheated and its sound is abnormal. It may be that the bearing is poorly lubricated or seriously worn; Fan blades off or worn; Switch line contact is poor or broken line run single phase; Low voltage factor. Solution: The mechanic or electrician should be informed in time.
