PTMS Magnetic Separator is mainly used to remove or recycle the inclusion of ferromagnetic materials from materials to prevent damage to mechanical equipment such as crushers and grinding machines, and to prevent longitudinal tearing of belt conveyors.
Before the operation of the iron removal machine, the following aspects should be checked first:
1. Check the electrical insulation performance of the coil and motor, and it can be energized for test run after meeting the requirements.
2. Before operation, use megohm meter to measure the insulation resistance value of the winding to the magnet shell, check whether the connection of the excitation winding is correct and reliable, and use it only after checking the error.
3. Before starting the machine, check whether the indicated oil level is in the upper limit of the oil mark. And power each switch in turn, and start the excitation circuit, check the airflow direction of the fan, check whether the flow meter indication is correct.
4, regular observation voltmeter, ammeter reading is normal, shall not exceed its rating.
5. If the effect of iron removal is not high, adjust the distance between the front and rear of the lifting PTMS Magnetic Separator and the head drum appropriately to improve the iron removal efficiency of the iron removal device.
