K-Na feldspar ball-mill whole line — 3D animation 2:18 — Walk-through of a complete potassium/sodium feldspar line: loader and hopper feeding, jaw crusher, ball mill in closed circuit, wet drum magnetic separators and a slurry electromagnetic separator, thickener, dewatering, and loading of the finished product.

Kaolin water-washing whole line — 3D animation 2:22 — Walk-through of a complete kaolin wet-processing line: feeding and dispersion, spiral classification and desanding, slurry pools and pumps, water-cooled electromagnetic iron removal, filter press dewatering and product loading. K-Na feldspar Raymond-mill (dry grinding) line — 3D animation 2:19 — Second feldspar flowsheet variant: crushing and screening, dry grinding with Raymond-type mill and collection silos, followed by magnetic iron removal stages, thickener, filter press and product loading.

Dry powder iron-removal test on a magnetic separator 0:34 — Short factory clip of a dry powder test: an operator pours dry powder into the feed of a magnetic separator, and the treated powder is collected in a container below. This is a dry process — no slurry is used.

Lab sample test — from powder to slurry to iron removal 4:00 — Behind the scenes of our sample test (first 4 minutes): white powder is made into slurry, density is checked, the slurry is run through a laboratory wet magnetic separator with a matrix of steel-wool/mesh discs, and the iron-removed slurry is collected. Send us 5–10 kg and we report within 5 days.
